Expression of Interest:

I am interested in craniofacial growth, development and evolution.  My dissertation focuses on the changes in the temporal bone (i.e., the air cell tracts) during human development and evolution.  My other research projects involve analyzing the affects of developmental perturbations upon craniofacial morphology, specifically in mouse models for Down syndrome and Apert syndrome.
